Dr Howard Cohen has been a GP Partner at Elizabeth House, Warlingham since 2002, having previously been a GP Partner in Croydon since 1990. He trained in Bristol, both as an undergradaute and a postgraduate. Howard holds a MSc in General Practice from Kings College, London and has been a lecturer in Primary Care at Kings. He is a GP trainer and a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
Howard's academic interests include GP Education, Evidence Based Health Care and Men's Health, with a particular interest in the Patient's Experience of Prostate Cancer. Howard also is active in promoting global health, working actively with charities supporting health care in rural Nepal, including volunteering work in isolated Himalayan villages.
Howard lives locally and is a father of six grown children. He is a slow runner, an even slower cyclist and an erratic but enthusiastic double bassist.
