Disability and Mental Health
Our Exercise Referral Scheme offers persons aged 16+ an opportunity to exercise in a safe and effective way, in our accredited fitness centre. We offer sessions and classes specifically for disabled people, those rehabilitating from illness and for those with long term health problems. All our Instructors are trained to a high standard. Referrals can be made through GP Surgeries, any medically qualified person including CPN, Practice Nurses or collect a referral form from the centre.
We offer a range of classes/sessions during the week which includes, Stroke, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, MS, Mental Health falls prevention, open gym sessions and Walking Football. We offer a range of disability sport sessions such as weekly multi-sports, inclusive dance, wheelchair badminton, badminton for people with learning disabilities and Boccia.

Walking for Health
East Surrey Walking for Health, managed by YMCA East Surrey is a free walking initiative. The aim is to encourage people to take part in FREE guided health walks to improve or maintain a healthier lifestyle, reduce risk of disease and isolation.
